  39. First, let me point out something you seemed to have overlooked. The DTC 
  40. rate was 26400. You made the false conclusion that V.42bis has something 
  41. to do with the V.34+ code.

  43. Second, I beta tested the USR Courier code for V.FC, then V.34, then V.34+
